Formulated with extra-fine particle polymers, this product has high penetrating power and can consolidate highly-chalked wall surfaces that have several residual layers of previous coats.
It is a valid alternative to using a classic solvent-based fixative, with the important difference that both the application and drying give very low emissions of volatile organic compounds (VOC).
